Terminal Groups
Terminal groups are used when routing control is needed based on where the order originated from (based on the terminals configured and added to a terminal group within the site configuration).
An example use for terminal groups - Bar terminals do not route their coffee or drink orders because they are made by the team member at the bar and are not needed to be displayed on screen. Orders made on restaurants terminals should be routed to a barista station at the bar to prepare the drinks.
